Surah Saad (ص) translates to "The Letter Saad". It is a Meccan Surah located in Juz 23 containing 88 Ayahs. Read below with Arabic text, Roman English transliteration, Kanzul Iman Urdu, and Hindi.
Wa 'ajibooo an jaaa'a hum munzirum minhum wa qaalal kaafiroona haazaa saahirun kazzaab
English
And they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves. And the disbelievers say, "This is a magician and a liar.

اور انہیں اس کا اچنبھا ہوا کہ ان کے پاس انہیں میں کا ایک ڈر سنانے والا تشریف لایا اور کافر بولے یہ جادوگر ہے بڑا جھوٹا،

और उन लोगों ने इस बात से ताज्जुब किया कि उन्हीं में का (अज़ाबे खुदा से) एक डरानेवाला (पैग़म्बर) उनके पास आया और काफिर लोग कहने लगे कि ये तो बड़ा (खिलाड़ी) जादूगर और पक्का झूठा है
And the eminent among them went forth, [saying], "Continue, and be patient over [the defense of] your gods. Indeed, this is a thing intended.

اور ان میں کے سردار چلے کہ اس کے پاس سے چل دو اور اپنے خداؤں پر صابر رہو بیشک اس میں اس کا کوئی مطلب ہے،

और उनमें से चन्द रवादार लोग (मजलिस व अज़ा से) ये (कह कर) चल खड़े हुए कि (यहाँ से) चल दो और अपने माबूदों की इबादत पर जमे रहो यक़ीनन इसमें (उसकी) कुछ ज़ाती ग़रज़ है
'A-unzila 'alaihiz zikru mim baininaa; bal hum fee shakkim min Zikree bal lammaa yazooqoo 'azaab
English
Has the message been revealed to him out of [all of] us?" Rather, they are in doubt about My message. Rather, they have not yet tasted My punishment.

کیا ان پر قرآن اتارا گیا ہم سب میں سے بلکہ وہ شک میں ہیں میری کتاب سے بلکہ ابھی میری مار نہیں چکھی ہے

क्या हम सब लोगों में बस (मोहम्मद ही क़ाबिल था कि) उस पर कुरान नाज़िल हुआ, नहीं बात ये है कि इनके (सिरे से) मेरे कलाम ही में शक है कि मेरा है या नहीं बल्कि असल ये है कि इन लोगों ने अभी तक अज़ाब के मज़े नहीं चखे
Iz dakhaloo 'alaa Daawooda fafazi'a minhum qaaloo la takhaf khasmaani baghaa ba'dunaa 'alaa ba'din fahkum bainanaaa bilhaqqi wa laa tushtit wahdinaaa ilaa Sawaaa'is Siraat
English
When they entered upon David and he was alarmed by them? They said, "Fear not. [We are] two adversaries, one of whom has wronged the other, so judge between us with truth and do not exceed [it] and guide us to the sound path.

جب وہ داؤد پر داخل ہوئے تو وہ ان سے گھبرا گیا انہوں نے عرض کی ڈریے نہیں ہم دو فریق ہیں کہ ایک نے دوسرے پر زیادتی کی ہے تو ہم میں سچا فیصلہ فرمادیجئے اور خلافِ حق نہ کیجئے اور ہمیں سیدھی راہ بتایے،

(और) जब दाऊद के पास आ खड़े हुए तो वह उनसे डर गए उन लोगों ने कहा कि आप डरें नहीं (हम दोनों) एक मुक़द्दमें के फ़रीकैन हैं कि हम में से एक ने दूसरे पर ज्यादती की है तो आप हमारे दरमियान ठीक-ठीक फैसला कर दीजिए और इन्साफ से ने गुज़रिये और हमें सीधी राह दिखा दीजिए
Inna haazaaa akhee lahoo tis'unw wa tis'oona na'jatanw wa liya na'jatunw waahidah; faqaala akfilneeha wa 'azzanee filkhitaab
English
Indeed this, my brother, has ninety-nine ewes, and I have one ewe; so he said, 'Entrust her to me,' and he overpowered me in speech."

بیشک یہ میرا بھائی ہے اس کے پاس ننانوے دُنبیاں ہیں اور میرے پاس ایک دُنبی، اب یہ کہتا ہے وہ بھی مجھے حوالے کردے اور بات میں مجھ پر زور ڈالتا ہے،

(मुराद ये हैं कि) ये (शख्स) मेरा भाई है और उसके पास निनान्नवे दुम्बियाँ हैं और मेरे पास सिर्फ एक दुम्बी है उस पर भी ये मुझसे कहता है कि ये दुम्बी भी मुझी को दे दें और बातचीत में मुझ पर सख्ती करता है
Qaala laqad zalamaka bisu 'aali na'jatika ilaa ni'aajihee wa inna kaseeram minal khulataaa'i la-yabghee ba'duhum 'alaa ba'din illal lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati wa qaleehum maa hum; wa zanna Daawoodu annamaa fatannaahu fastaghrara Rabbahoo wa kharra raaki'anw wa anaab
English
[David] said, "He has certainly wronged you in demanding your ewe [in addition] to his ewes. And indeed, many associates oppress one another, except for those who believe and do righteous deeds - and few are they." And David became certain that We had tried him, and he asked forgiveness of his Lord and fell down bowing [in prostration] and turned in repentance [to Allah].

داؤد نے فرمایا بیشک یہ تجھ پر زیادتی کرتا ہے کہ تیری دُنبی اپنی دُنبیوں میں ملانے کو مانگتا ہے، اور بیشک اکثر ساجھے والے ایک دوسرے پر زیادتی کرتے ہیں مگر جو ایمان لائے اور اچھے کام کیے اور وہ بہت تھوڑے ہیں اب داؤد سمجھا کہ ہم نے یہ اس کی جانچ کی تھی تو اپنے رب سے معافی مانگی اور سجدے میں گر پڑا اور رجوع لایا، (السجدة ۱۰)

दाऊद ने (बग़ैर इसके कि मुदा आलैह से कुछ पूछें) कह दिया कि ये जो तेरी दुम्बी माँग कर अपनी दुम्बियों में मिलाना चाहता है तो ये तुझ पर ज़ुल्म करता है और अक्सर शुरका (की) यकीनन (ये हालत है कि) एक दूसरे पर जुल्म किया करते हैं मगर जिन लोगों ने (सच्चे दिल से) ईमान कुबूल किया और अच्छे (अच्छे) काम किए (वह ऐसा नहीं करते) और ऐसे लोग बहुत ही कम हैं (ये सुनकर दोनों चल दिए) और अब दाऊद ने समझा कि हमने उनका इमितेहान लिया (और वह ना कामयाब रहे) फिर तो अपने परवरदिगार से बख्शिश की दुआ माँगने लगे और सजदे में गिर पड़े और (मेरी) तरफ रूजू की (24) (सजदा)
[We said], "O David, indeed We have made you a successor upon the earth, so judge between the people in truth and do not follow [your own] desire, as it will lead you astray from the way of Allah." Indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah will have a severe punishment for having forgotten the Day of Account.

اے داؤد بیشک ہم نے تجھے زمین میں نائب کیا تو لوگوں میں سچا حکم کر اور خواہش کے پیچھے نہ جانا کہ تجھے اللہ کی راہ سے بہکادے گی، بیشک وہ جو اللہ کی راہ سے بہکتے ہیں ان کے لیے سخت عذاب ہے اس پر کہ وہ حساب کے دن کو بھول بیٹھے

(हमने फरमाया) ऐ दाऊद हमने तुमको ज़मीन में (अपना) नाएब क़रार दिया तो तुम लोगों के दरमियान बिल्कुल ठीक फैसला किया करो और नफ़सियानी ख्वाहिश की पैरवी न करो बसा ये पीरों तुम्हें ख़ुदा की राह से बहका देगी इसमें शक नहीं कि जो लोग खुदा की राह में भटकते हैं उनकी बड़ी सख्त सज़ा होगी क्योंकि उन लोगों ने हिसाब के दिन (क़यामत) को भुला दिया
Wa ma khalaqnas samaaa'a wal arda wa maa bainahumaa baatilaa; zaalika zannul lazeena kafaroo; fawi lul lillazeena kafaroo minan Naar
English
And We did not create the heaven and the earth and that between them aimlessly. That is the assumption of those who disbelieve, so woe to those who disbelieve from the Fire.

اور ہم نے آسمان اور زمین اور جو کچھ ان کے درمیان ہے بیکار نہ بنائے، یہ کافروں کا گمان ہے تو کافروں کی خرابی ہے آگ سے،

और हमने आसमान और ज़मीन और जो चीज़ें उन दोनों के दरमियान हैं बेकार नहीं पैदा किया ये उन लोगों का ख्याल है जो काफ़िर हो बैठे तो जो लोग दोज़ख़ के मुनकिर हैं उन पर अफ़सोस है
Am naj'alul lazeena aamanoo wa 'amilus saalihaati kalmufisdeena fil ardi am naj'alul muttaqeena kalfujjaar
English
Or should we treat those who believe and do righteous deeds like corrupters in the land? Or should We treat those who fear Allah like the wicked?

کیا ہم انہیں جو ایمان لائے اور اچھے کام کیے ان جیسا کردیں جو زمین میں فساد پھیلاتے ہیں، یا ہم پرہیزگاروں کو شریر بے حکموں کے برابر ٹھہرادیں

क्या जिन लोगों ने ईमान कुबूल किया और अच्छे-अच्छे काम किए उनको हम (उन लोगों के बराबर) कर दें जो रूए ज़मीन में फसाद फैलाया करते हैं या हम परहेज़गारों को मिसल बदकारों के बना दें
Kitaabun anzalnaahu ilaika mubaarakul liyaddabbarooo Aayaatihee wa liyatazakkara ulul albaab
English
[This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.

یہ ایک کتاب ہے کہ ہم نے تمہاری طرف اتاری برکت والی تاکہ اس کی آیتوں کو سوچیں اور عقلمند نصیحت مانیں،
Hindi
(ऐ रसूल) किताब (कुरान) जो हमने तुम्हारे पास नाज़िल की है (बड़ी) बरकत वाली है ताकि लोग इसकी आयतों में ग़ौर करें और ताकि अक्ल वाले नसीहत हासिल करें
And he said, "Indeed, I gave preference to the love of good [things] over the remembrance of my Lord until the sun disappeared into the curtain [of darkness]."

تو سلیمان نے کہا مجھے ان گھوڑوں کی محبت پسند آئی ہے اپنے رب کی یاد کے لیے پھر انہیں چلانے کا حکم دیا یہاں تک کہ نگاہ سے پردے میں چھپ گئے

तो देखने में उलझे के नवाफिल में देर हो गयी जब याद आया तो बोले कि मैंने अपने परवरदिगार की याद पर माल की उलफ़त को तरजीह दी यहाँ तक कि आफ़ताब (मग़रिब के) पर्दे में छुप गया
Qaala Rabbigh fir lee wa hab lee mulkal laa yambaghee li ahadim mim ba'de inaka Antal Wahhab
English
He said, "My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower."

عرض کی اے میرے رب مجھے بخش دے اور مجھے ایسی سلطنت عطا کر کہ میرے بعد کسی کو لائق نہ ہو بیشک تو ہی بڑی دین والا،

फिर (सुलेमान ने मेरी तरफ) रूजू की (और) कहा परवरदिगार मुझे बख्श दे और मुझे वह मुल्क अता फरमा जो मेरे बाद किसी के वास्ते शायाँह न हो इसमें तो शक नहीं कि तू बड़ा बख्शने वाला है
Wa khuz biyadika dighsan fadrib bihee wa laa tahnas, innaa wajadnaahu saabiraa; ni'mal 'abd; innahooo awwaab
English
[We said], "And take in your hand a bunch [of grass] and strike with it and do not break your oath." Indeed, We found him patient, an excellent servant. Indeed, he was one repeatedly turning back [to Allah].

اور فرمایا کہ اپنے ہاتھ میں ایک جھاڑو لے کر اس سے مار دے اور قسم نہ توڑ بے ہم نے اسے صابر پایا کیا اچھا بندہ بیشک وہ بہت رجوع لانے والا ہے،

और अक्लमंदों के लिए इबरत व नसीहत (क़रार दी) और हमने कहा ऐ अय्यूब तुम अपने हाथ से सींको का मट्ठा लो (और उससे अपनी बीवी को) मारो अपनी क़सम में झूठे न बनो हमने कहा अय्यूब को यक़ीनन साबिर पाया वह क्या अच्छे बन्दे थे
Wazkur 'ibaadanaaa Ibraaheema wa Is-haaqa wa Ya'qooba ulil-aydee walabsaar
English
And remember Our servants, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - those of strength and [religious] vision.

اور یاد کرو ہمارے بندوں ابراہیم اور اسحاق اور یعقوب قدرت اور علم والوں کو

बेशक वह हमारी बारगाह में बड़े झुकने वाले थे और (ऐ रसूल) हमारे बन्दों में इब्राहीम और इसहाक़ और बेशक वह (हमारी बारगाह में) बड़े झुकने वाले थे और (ऐ रसूल) हमारे बन्दों में इबराहीम और इसहाक़ और याकूब को याद करो जो कुवत और बसीरत वाले थे
They will say, "Nor you! No welcome for you. You, [our leaders], brought this upon us, and wretched is the settlement."

وہاں بھی تنگ جگہ میں رہیں تابع بولے بلکہ تمہیں کھلی جگہ نہ ملیو، یہ مصیبت تم ہمارے آگے لائے تو کیا ہی برا ٹھکانا

तो चेले कहेंगें (हम क्यों) बल्कि तुम (जहन्नुमी हो) तुम्हारा ही भला न हो तो तुम ही लोगों ने तो इस (बला) से हमारा सामना करा दिया तो जहन्नुम भी क्या बुरी जगह है
Qaala yaaa Ibleesu maa man'aka an tasjuda limaa khalaqtu biyadai; astakbarta am kunta min 'aaleen
English
[Allah] said, "O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands? Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?"

فرمایا اے ابلیس تجھے کس چیز نے روکا کہ تو اس کے لیے سجدہ کرے جسے میں نے اپنے ہاتھوں سے بنایا تجھے غرور آگیا یا تو تھا ہی مغروروں میں

ख़ुदा ने (इबलीस से) फरमाया कि ऐ इबलीस जिस चीज़ को मैंने अपनी ख़ास कुदरत से पैदा किया (भला) उसको सजदा करने से तुझे किसी ने रोका क्या तूने तक़ब्बुर किया या वाकई तू बड़े दरजे वालें में है
